New site skin

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time coming, but I've finally reskinned the site in a much lighter colour scheme, as well as integrated the blog into the front page and set up an entirely new forum. Regretably, previous blog posters will have to be reinvited, as this blog is externally hosted, allowing search indexing. Content is still being added (as always), so bear with me as I patch everything together (again).
